Fresh to max 1 Year of Experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Engineering Department in planning, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects to support their timely and successful execution.
Gain practical exposure to engineering operations, project activities, and maintenance processes within the petroleum sector.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Support root cause analysis and assist in developing practical solutions to operational and engineering-related issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing engineering initiatives and departmental projects.
Assist in preparing technical reports, project updates, presentations, and other engineering documentation.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and field activities to develop practical understanding of engineering operations and company assets.
Contribute innovative ideas and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reliability, safety, and cost effectiveness.
Develop an understanding of relevant engineering standards, company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements applicable to the petroleum sector.
Perform any other engineering-related tasks assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives and professional development.
