You'll be responsible for:

Responding to 50-100 customer inquiries daily through WhatsApp Business, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Converting customer interest into sales by effectively showcasing products and highlighting promotions.
Tracking and Monitoring Orders: You'll ensure smooth deliveries by monitoring tracking numbers, keeping customers informed, and coordinating with courier companies if any issues arise.
Daily Sales Reporting: Maintain a daily sales report in the Excel sheet provided by LeoShop. Submit this report by 11:59 PM every day to ensure accurate sales tracking.
Building strong customer relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.

You're a Perfect Fit if You Have:

Education: Intermediate Required
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
A genuine passion for sales and exceeding customer expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling a high volume of WhatsApp messages daily
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic Excel skills
A positive and results-oriented attitude
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points for:

Experience with e-commerce platforms
A strong understanding of the Pakistani online shopping landscape

What We Offer:

Flexible work-from-home schedule (8 hours/day)
Competitive commission structure: Rs 100 per delivered order (no base salary package)
