Liaison Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer for its head office in Islamabad. The role requires occasional travel to provincial capitals. Candidates should have at least a 16 years qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting services business.
Responsibilities
- Managing all the tasks that fall under talent acquisition and retention heads.
- Managing tasks related to performance management.
- Managing tasks related to conflict management & conflict resolution.
- Managing tasks related to training & development of the human resource.
- Adopting all the possible measures for meeting project requirements, attaining/ meeting best practices/ standards, and for future organizational development and personal growth of the human resource.
- Any other task assigned by the line supervisor or management
