You will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position involves handling inbound & outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing information about products or services, including pricing, availability, and benefits.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
- Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction, call resolution, and other relevant metrics.
- Staying informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhering to call center procedures, guidelines, and quality standards. Continuously improving product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Inter degree; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Fresher or Experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work for both Evening and Night Shifts.
