About the Role
LT Automation is expanding its sales team and is looking for confident, energetic, and results-driven Call Center Sales Executives for our international telecom campaign.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and want to build a career in international sales.
Previous call-center, telesales, or international sales experience will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls for an international telecom campaign.
- Communicate professionally with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable telecom products and offers.
- Build customer interest and confidently handle objections.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Follow campaign guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management to improve sales performance.
Minimum education: Intermediate - Fluent spoken English is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with international customers
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and communicate persuasively
- Basic computer skills
- Fresh candidates may apply
- Previous call-center, telesales, or telecom experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to work on-site
