The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in customer support and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. The Customer Support Agent plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing timely solutions. This position requires the ability to handle multiple requests professionally while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires effective collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Manage and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Assist customers in navigating products and services to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
Provide feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions to improve processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Handle multiple customer requests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and helpful service at all times.
