Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that effectively communicate client messaging and meet project goals.
Produce high-quality visual designs, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and typography, across print and digital mediums.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with project objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across print and digital mediums.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling visual solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
