Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of six retail staff to achieve sales and service objectives.

Create and manage staff schedules to optimize workforce productivity and operational coverage.
Train new and existing employees on sales techniques, customer service standards, and company procedures.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
