Qualifications
1-Diploma in mechanical maintenance for 2 years
2- Experience ranging between 6-8 years in the related field
Job Requirements
1- Knowledge and understanding of the components of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (chillers and boilers).
2- Knowledge of installing pipes and connecting pipes correctly.
3- Perform routine inspections as part of the preventive maintenance process, such as lubricant, oiling, and changing filters.
4- Repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts, and testing the equipment after repair.
5- Complete knowledge of water pumps and their parts.
6- Full knowledge of air handling units, especially AHU.
7- Experience in air compressor and RO water treatment unit is preferred.
