The Data Entry specialist plays a critical role in supporting internal teams by maintaining reliable credit information and facilitating the credit decision-making process. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and care. This position involves active participation in data collection, validation, and reporting activities, ensuring all credit-related documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update credit-related data into company databases while maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity.
Perform detailed analysis of credit reports and financial documents to support accurate credit assessments.
Prepare credit reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools ensuring completeness and compliance with company standards.
Review and verify financial documentation submitted for credit evaluation, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
Collaborate closely with internal credit teams to maintain and update reliable credit information, supporting timely credit decisions.
Handle sensitive financial data securely and confidentially, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in data validation processes to ensure correctness and consistency of credit data entered into the system.
Generate regular reports related to credit information and document management for management review.
Support the credit information services team in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all credit-related documents in accordance with company protocols.
Identify process improvement opportunities within the credit data entry and reporting functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Keep detailed records of all data entry activities to support audit and compliance requirements.
