A transport company having long vehicles requires two detail-oriented and organized professionals to join our team as a Data Entry Operator and Store handler on site 5 KM from Raiwind city.
STORE IS RELATED TO SPARE PARTS (MECHANICAL /ELECTRICAL) OF LONG VEHICLES & LUBRICANTS ETC.
This role combines responsibilities for accurate data entry with hands-on management of store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize the store layout and stock placement to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Manage all store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and timely processing of Repair Jobs.
- Work closely with the Workshop team and Forman to align store activities with overall Repair Job goals.
- Use ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and generate necessary reports.
- Regularly monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Enforce company policies related to store management and safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and support Repair / Workshop schedules.
Required Qualifications
- At least bachelor's degree holder (Technical education will be preferred)
- Minimum of THREE years’ experience in store management, preferably within the automotive spare parts or manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in inventory control and time management.
- Excellent organizational, planning skills and Ability to collaborate effectively with the workshop team and other departments.
