The key responsibility of the Desktop Support Analyst is to provide technical support for all global Managedfuture clients including, troubleshooting of Macs, PCs, printers, and software applications. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provides technical support, responds and completes help desk tickets as submitted by end-users
  • Setup and onboarding of new clients including accounts, hardware, and software
  • Test and install computer software applications
  • Interface with third party vendors to resolve certain hardware or software issues
  • Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources for clients
  • Develop and maintain required end user documentation
  • Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

What Is Required To Apply?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or an associate degree and 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A+, Network+, and current Windows certifications preferred
  • Excellent fluency in English
  • Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional customer service skills required
  • Must be highly motivated, able to work with high energy, and have a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Must have effective communication skills, both oral and written, with internal co-workers and clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software computer problems
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate workload, set priorities and plan and organize to complete work on a timely basis.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
