Manager Food and Beverage

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead Food & Beverage operations in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily food production and service activities, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while maintaining efficiency and operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership to manage costs, inventory, and compliance with food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Food & Beverage operations, including food production, service delivery, and customer experience management.
- Develop and standardize recipes, production methods, portion sizes, and recipe cards to ensure consistency across all offerings.
- Monitor food quality, control costing, minimize wastage, manage inventory levels, and oversee operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Plan food production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand to guarantee timely availability.
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations throughout all operational processes.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve any food or service-related complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, food production, or restaurant management.
- Proven track record managing fast food restaurants, quick-service restaurants (QSR), desi food outlets, street food operations, or high-volume establishments such as clubs and hotels.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience specifically in fast food, desi food, and street food operations, including managing day-to-day Food & Beverage activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in high-volume restaurant environments or similar Food & Beverage settings is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 230,000.
