We believe our employees are our greatest asset and the true competitive advantage of our company. We foster a culture of innovation and imagination, aiming to attract and retain top talent by providing encouragement and a sense of belonging to our mission. This role is pivotal in managing the Integration & Automation portfolio, focusing on the development and modernization of integrations across the non-SAP landscape and automating key operational processes. It ensures seamless system interoperability, real-time data exchange, and process automation, which are essential for operational continuity, business agility, and organizational efficiency. The position involves architecting, developing, and deploying secure, scalable integrations and leading automation initiatives using RPA tools such as Copilot and Automation Anywhere. It supports smooth data and process flows, reduces manual effort, accelerates transactions, and maintains high availability, compliance, and performance through disciplined API lifecycle management and automation at scale. Any disruption in this role could lead to data inconsistencies, performance issues, and compliance risks, impacting the company’s digital transformation and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development and Data Flow: Design, code, and deploy complex integration flows using middleware and iPaaS technologies to connect diverse applications. Utilize advanced scripting languages like Python and Node.js for data manipulation, custom connector development, and extending integration and RPA platform capabilities. Regularly review performance of integrations and APIs, applying caching and tuning techniques to ensure efficiency. Identify and address technical debt to maintain long-term stability. Develop solutions that minimize manual effort and accelerate business processes through robust data flow.

Automation, Orchestration, and Co-pilot: Lead the design, development, and orchestration of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and Copilot, managing the full lifecycle of bots and related components to achieve scalable automation. Employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for automated provisioning and management of cloud environments supporting integrations. Define and implement proactive monitoring and observability strategies for APIs, middleware, and RPA bots to sustain performance. Analyze real-time metrics to anticipate bottlenecks and drive continuous optimization.

Integration and API Security: Establish and manage a disciplined API lifecycle framework, including standardized design (e.g., OpenAPI), versioning, and retirement. Implement security-by-design principles with advanced authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT. Ensure all integration and automation solutions comply with security standards and organizational policies. Configure API Gateway policies like throttling, caching, and rate limiting to maintain security and performance. Document technical architecture prioritizing scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery in cloud-native environments.

Collaboration and Project Delivery: Oversee execution and delivery of integration and automation projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with governance, testing, and change management protocols. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project operations. Evaluate project outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

People Management: Lead and mentor the Integration & Automation team to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment. Set and uphold development standards while promoting ongoing technical skill enhancement and innovation. Encourage continuous learning and accountability for team performance and growth.
