  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing top-tier customer service and expert guidance.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closures with proficiency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to participate in exhibitions, networking events, and other activities to boost sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the real estate sector (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes and legalities.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
