Mayfair Property Services is looking for experienced Property Managers and Property Management professionals who work with property management companies, landlords, developers, housing providers, and block management companies across London and the UK.

We are looking for individuals who have strong relationships within the property sector and can help us become an approved maintenance and refurbishment partner for the companies they work with.

We provide a complete property services solution, including:

• Reactive maintenance
• Planned maintenance
• 24/7 emergency response
• Refurbishments and renovations
• Voids and property upgrades
• Plumbing, electrical, heating, and gas services
• Damp and mould works
• Roofing
• Fire safety and compliance services
• Specialist property-related works
• Commercial and residential property services

We support property managers, landlords, developers, and organisations across London and nationwide.

We are looking for Virtual Property Managers who can introduce Mayfair Property Services to property management companies they already work with.

Your role will be to:

• Introduce Mayfair Property Services as a trusted contractor partner
• Help us get onboarded with property management companies
• Connect us with decision-makers and maintenance teams
• Identify opportunities where our services can support their properties
• Pass suitable work opportunities directly to us

This is a partnership-based role.

If you can successfully introduce us to companies that provide ongoing maintenance, refurbishment, or property-related work, we will pay you a salary/commission arrangement for helping us generate those opportunities.

• Currently work with or have relationships with property management companies
• Understand the property maintenance industry
• Have contacts within residential, commercial, social housing, or block management
• Can help us gain contractor onboarding opportunities
• Are commercially minded and relationship focused

• Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and refurbishment services with external contractors and vendors.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and areas requiring refurbishment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to property maintenance and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor and document the progress of maintenance and refurbishment activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to tenant or client maintenance requests, providing efficient solutions.
• Negotiate service contracts to obtain the best rates and services for property upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service agreements.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Assist in planning for long-term upgrades and improvements to enhance property value.
• Collaborate with property owners and other stakeholders to align maintenance strategies with business objectives.
