- An idle candidate must have sound knowledge & experience in handling KSA/Saudi Arabia Region inbound and outbound shipments.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers and carriers for direct customer shipments.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer services.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistical services and arrange shipment and transportation details with carrier agents.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the complete shipping cycle.
- Monitor shipment movement and make decisions on shipment routing and timing.
- Follow up with customers for the nomination of freight forwarders.
- Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
