MEFCON Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd. seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects successfully from inception through completion. The candidate will lead full project delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and safety requirements. This role requires strong expertise in project scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to manage diverse teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants. The Project Manager will direct a team of 20 persons, managing their efforts and aligning resources effectively to achieve project objectives. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience managing large-scale projects, administering contracts, controlling project costs, and enforcing health, safety, and quality control protocols on site. They possess excellent skills in Microsoft Project, Gantt Charts, and project documentation to monitor progress, prepare reports, and plan recovery actions for any delays. Additionally, they will support the bidding process by conducting drawing reviews, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and accurate pricing, contributing to the companys growth and reputation for timely project delivery.
Responsibilities

Lead complete project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out, ensuring all project goals are met within the defined scope, budget, and schedule.
Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules using Microsoft Project and Gantt Charts; monitor progress and implement recovery plans for schedule deviations.
Manage project financial aspects including cost control, variation claims, cash flow, and contract administration following FIDIC/PEC standard forms.
Chair regular project progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment on project status.
Develop and distribute detailed project documentation and reports, including Microsoft Project reports and tracking tools to stakeholders.
Coordinate resource allocation and human resource management to optimize the productivity of a 20-person project team.
Oversee procurement activities and material approvals to meet project specifications and timelines.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures on site to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Support new project bids by preparing accurate drawing reviews, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and pricing estimates to enhance bid competitiveness.
Resolve project issues promptly by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and applying effective problem-solving strategies.
