We are looking to hire MERN Stack Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize for Excellence: Ensure seamless performance across different browsers and devices.
- Architect Front-End: Develop and implement front-end architecture that brings user interface concepts to life.
- Debug and Resolve: Tackle technical issues head-on, offering solutions that keep our projects on track.
- Design Documentation: Create detailed design documentation to guide development.
- Full-Stack Mastery: Dive into both client and server-side development.
- Craft Secure Web Services: Create secure RESTful-based web services in XML, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: BSC degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Tech Proficiency: Mastery of JavaScript.
- Front-End Wizardry: In-depth expertise in React, Redux, Redux Saga, React Query, Hook Form, HookState, Material UI, and Tailwind.
- Back-End Prowess: Deep knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS, and GraphQL.
- Requirement Translation: Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- User-Centric: Experience with consumer web development for high-traffic, public-facing applications.
- Team Leadership: Capability to manage and lead a team of developers.
- Version Control: Familiarity with continuous integration (GitHub Actions) and version control (Git)
- Testing Expertise: Experience in software development and testing.
Plus Points:
- Cloud Experience: Previous experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
- AWS Enthusiast: Familiarity with AWS server-less architecture
