We are looking for a motivated Meta Ads Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience managing live advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills in social media advertising using one of the world’s leading platforms. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns, while learning key digital marketing strategies in a real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing Meta ad campaigns targeting objectives such as Traffic, Conversion, and Engagement.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign targeting effectiveness.
- Learn to set up custom events and implement retargeting strategies to improve campaign results.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for review.
- Support the creative team by offering suggestions for ad copy and visual content improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including self-taught experience.
- Understanding of various campaign objectives, including Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and keeping up-to-date with social media trends.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- This position is open exclusively to male candidates.
- Must be based in Karachi and able to work from the office.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience running ads for a personal brand, social media page, or academic projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with key advertising metrics such as CPM, CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
- Understanding of A/B testing and creating creative ad variations.
- Interest in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Details
- Location: Karachi, with on-site work at G3, Mariam Diwan Heights, Plot No 253/1, Near Jama Masjid Ghafooria, Garden East.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.
- This is a full-time internship requiring physical presence in the office.
