We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.

- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Promote properties through various marketing techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a relevant role.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid real estate license.
