Mobile Hub is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and brings at least two years of experience in general ledger management, bookkeeping, or corporate accounting. This role requires a solid foundation in accounting frameworks and financial reporting, with the ability to prepare comprehensive balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in accounting software such as Peach Tree and possess advanced skills in MS Excel, including proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex data formulas. Although this position does not involve managing a team, strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to accuracy are essential to support Mobile Hubs financial operations effectively. The Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with relevant standards while supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The professional thrives in a structured environment and works closely with various departments to maintain clear and up-to-date financial records. This position demands a meticulous approach to reconciliations and the ability to manage diverse accounting tasks independently. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform regular reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures to support timely financial reporting.
Utilize accounting software, primarily Peach Tree, for recording and reporting financial transactions.
Leverage advanced MS Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data formulas to analyze financial data and automate reporting processes.
Monitor compliance with relevant accounting standards and frameworks to guarantee regulatory adherence.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
Support audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries by providing detailed financial documentation.
Continuously improve accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and uphold ethical financial practices.
