An exciting opportunity is available for an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator/Executive based in Lahore. This full-time role focuses on supporting warehouse coordination, managing inventory, and facilitating communication between local and international teams. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 55,000, which is negotiable depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or have up to six months of internship or relevant on-the-job experience in supply chain management or business administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.
- Generate delivery notes using the ERP system and maintain precise documentation for all shipments.
- Liaise regularly with the Dubai team to resolve product-related queries and provide updates to the sales department.
- Maintain and update stock data consistently, preparing and sharing daily stock reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels closely, identify slow-moving items, and recommend appropriate actions to optimize stock management.
- Generate operational reports and assist in data analysis to support informed decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any delivery or inventory challenges efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of internship or relevant practical experience in supply chain or business operations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with both internal teams and international partners.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and the ability to generate reports accurately and efficiently.
- Male candidates are preferred for this position.
This role is based in Lahore at DHA Main Boulevard, New Super Town, and requires in-person attendance.
