We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef/Cook to prepare high-quality meals for our project team at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate should be able to cook a variety of international and Pakistani dishes and efficiently manage meal preparation for staff working on site.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare daily meals (breakfast and lunch) for staff according to menu planning.
Cook a combination of international cuisine and authentic Pakistani dishes.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Plan weekly menus in coordination with the Site Administration.
Manage inventory of food supplies and assist in purchasing as needed.
Ensure timely meal service for staff working in shifts.
Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a camp, hotel, restaurant, or project site environment.
Ability to independently prepare a variety of dishes including international meals and local Pakistani cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work in a project site environment with shifting meal schedules.
