Sales Manager

Nadeem's Buffet is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager with at least four years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and developing strong customer relationships to expand the companys client base and increase revenue. This role emphasizes implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving performance targets to support business growth. The Sales Manager role involves managing the sales process from planning through client acquisition and performance evaluation. Although this position does not include direct team management responsibilities, it requires collaborating with other departments to achieve common sales goals. The successful candidate must excel in negotiation, market analysis, and utilize sales forecasting to make informed decisions that align with company objectives.
