We are seeking a Detail-Oriented Data Entry Operator to join our administrative and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into internal systems, maintaining record integrity, and supporting our back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and verify data in company systems
Maintain accuracy of records and ensure confidentiality
Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required
Work closely with the admin and technical teams for smooth data flow
Perform basic computer troubleshooting related to data entry tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)
Excellent typing speed with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic
