Nat Auto Spares is seeking a meticulous Data Entry professional skilled in Microsoft Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with data entry and management using Excel, demonstrating high accuracy and efficiency. This role involves managing and organizing data, validating inputs, cleaning datasets, and ensuring all information is formatted correctly within spreadsheets. The candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and usability of data for various business processes. In addition to individual responsibilities, the candidate will oversee a team of 10 persons, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and timely completion of data-related tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate team efforts to maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across the organization.
Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of a data entry team consisting of 10 members to ensure task completion and data accuracy.
Perform accurate data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, including data validation, cleaning, and organization.
Develop and maintain spreadsheet formatting standards to ensure consistency and ease of use across all data files.
Utilize Excel formulas and functions to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
Manage sorting and filtering to organize data sets for better accessibility and reporting.
Import and export data between various formats and platforms while maintaining data integrity.
Monitor data quality and correct errors or inconsistencies promptly to prevent data corruption.
Train and support team members on best practices for data entry, validation, and spreadsheet management.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and provide accurate reports as required.
Implement data validation techniques to minimize entry errors and improve data reliability.
