Nationwide Insurance Broker, licensed in Pakistan, is looking to expand its operations in Lahore.
We intend to hire experienced Insurance Sales Agents looking for a career.
Objectives of this role
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new insurance contracts, including automotive, casualty, marine, business, agriculture, health, life, and property
- Customize policies to cover client risks
- Cultivate prospective new business through marketing, emails, referrals, and networking
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and close
- Proactively contact leads and schedule appointments to recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages
- Through fact find of client needs by researching current coverage and options, and grow and maintain business through product sales, cross-sales, referrals, your own circle of influence, and renewals
- Meet or speak with clients , providing information about policies and answering questions related to coverage and premiums
- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
- Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed
- Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential manner
- Expand professional skill set through workshops, networking events, and professional organizations
Required skills and qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of various insurance coverages (ex: automobile, life, health, property, marine, agricultural, travel, business)
- Candidate must have a proven track record of sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Passion for helping people
