Audit Executive

Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires collaboration with different departments within the company to ensure comprehensive audits and support continuous improvement of control processes. Responsibilities

Conduct detailed verification of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Audit the purchase cycle comprehensively to identify any irregularities or inefficiencies.

Verify freight charges and other company expenses to confirm appropriateness and accuracy.
Examine outsourced labor bills for correctness and proper authorization.
Inspect advertisement expenses including physical verification to ensure they reflect actual costs.
Carry out monthly and surprise audits of finished goods, raw materials, stores, and spares to maintain inventory integrity.
Analyze production yields and support quality assurance audits to identify areas for operational improvement.
Monitor production functions and perform yield analysis to detect variances and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare audit reports detailing findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for management review.
Collaborate with finance, production, and procurement departments to facilitate audit processes and implement improvements.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with company's financial and operational policies.
Stay updated with relevant audit regulations and industry best practices to enhance audit effectiveness.
