ERPNext Functional Consultant

NCRI is looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant / Product Owner to lead ERPNext implementations, translate business requirements into system solutions, and coordinate with developers to deliver scalable Frappe/ERPNext workflows.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and map business processes to ERPNext.
Configure ERPNext modules, workflows, roles, reports, and dashboards.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.
Lead UAT, data migration, user training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams to resolve functional/technical issues.
Identify process automation and product improvement opportunities.
Support ERPNext demos, proposals, and solution design.

Requirements

2–4 years of ERPNext/Frappe or comparable ERP consulting experience.
Hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation and configuration.
Strong understanding of HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Sales, or Inventory modules.
Strong business analysis, documentation, and client communication skills.
Basic understanding of Frappe customization, Python/JavaScript, APIs, or SQL is a plus.
ERPNext/Frappe certification is an advantage.
