We are looking for a junior dedicated and responsible Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating and dispatching cabs to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Working diligently with the spreadsheet with the details of confirmed jobs.
  3. Assigning drivers to jobs using the company platform.
  4. Continuously communicating with drivers to ensure they are on designated locations.
  5. Answering and resolving drivers' as well as customers' queries.
  6. Receiving text messages from drivers confirming passenger pick-up (POB) and updating the system accordingly.
  7. Monitoring and managing cab locations using GPS systems and scheduling software.
  8. Calling customers of just placed bookings to confirm the booking details and provide any additional information or assistance.
  9. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the taxi service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including phone calls, messages, and resolutions.
  11. Coordinating with drivers and customers to handle any changes or modifications to bookings, such as cancellations or rescheduling.
  12. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local transportation regulations.
  13. Performing other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to contribute to the overall success of the taxi service.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  2. Great customer service, sales, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
