Network Assistant

A reputable organization based in Karachi is seeking a full-time, on-site Network Assistant to join their team. This role is designed for a non-managerial professional with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s IT infrastructure by handling installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripheral devices. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and associated peripheral devices.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Address and resolve problems related to printers and scanners to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide timely support to end-users to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- At least two years of hands-on experience in network assistance or a related IT support role.
- Strong understanding of desktop hardware and peripheral device management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and peripheral device issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
