Network Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and skilled networking professional to join our team based in Lahore or Karachi. This full-time, day-shift position is suited for candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience in computer networking within the telecommunications or ISP industry. The role focuses on diagnosing and escalating network issues, working closely with engineering, field support, upstream providers, and long-distance carriers (LDIs) to ensure prompt resolution. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for routine monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, escalate, and resolve network issues by effectively communicating with various stakeholders through email and phone. Configure network elements to ensure service provisioning meets customer requirements. Monitor and report on the operational status of the network by gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing information. Manage network operation projects and efficiently address customer complaints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions aligned with business goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and network designs. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields such as BSCS, BCS, MCS, or MIT is required. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience in computer networking. Strong technical knowledge in networking is essential, supported by certifications such as CCNA and CCNP. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues effectively is necessary. Excellent communication skills are required for coordinating with internal teams and external partners. A well-prepared resume and a compiled portfolio will strengthen the application.
