- Update all invoices and forward to the customers daily base.
- Prepare Daily/Monthly sales report.
- Coordinate with all Dispatch department and Reconciled the stock
- Support sales team in developing and updating their Ledger and Invoices
- Support sales team in Update of Primary sales and Secondary sales.
- Assist sales management in the collection and reporting of data.
- Ad hoc reports requests as needed.
Skill and knowledge:
- Self-driven, independent and results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and timely delivery. Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word.
