Manage and coordinate a team of 10 sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve collective sales targets.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and responsibility during night shifts to ensure seamless customer support.
Employ effective listening skills to identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Document customer interactions and sales progress accurately in the company's tracking systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Continuously improve sales communication techniques and stay updated on product knowledge to deliver value to customers.
