We are seeking a driven and highly skilled AI Integration Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing management of cutting-edge AI automation tools, including Manus AI, to streamline and enhance our rapidly growing Amazon e-commerce business. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions across listing optimization, PPC management, customer service, inventory forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Systems Implementation:
Integrate and manage AI tools (Manus AI, LangChain/CrewAI, GPT-4-o.
Helium 10, DataRova) to automate and optimize e-commerce operations.
Set up API integrations with Amazon SP-API and Advertising API to automate data flow and analytics.
Technical Development:
Develop robust scripts and automation workflows in Python.
Build data pipelines and warehouse solutions using Postgres, BigQuery, or similar tools.
Implement secure cloud deployments on AWS, with best practices in CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with internal teams (Brand Management, Operations, PPC, Customer Service) to identify automation opportunities.
Design clear workflows that include human approval checkpoints for critical business decisions.
Continuously evaluate AI tool performance, suggest improvements, and execute ongoing system refinements
Documentation and Training:
Create clear and concise SOPs, guidelines, and documentation.
Provide training and support for team members using the implemented AI solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, Advertising API, and SP-API.
Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, data engineering, and SQL.
Experience working with automation frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Demonstrated expertise in cloud services (AWS preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
Effective communicator who can explain complex AI-driven systems clearly to diverse teams.
Nice-to-Haves:
Hands-on experience with Manus AI (or similar automation frameworks)
Familiarity with e-commerce analytical tools (Helium 10, DataRova, Data Dive).
Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning using AI or ML models.
Prior work integrating Slack bots or other internal workflow automation tools.

Smooth integration and operation of AI tools across all major business units within 6 months.
Measurable improvements in PPC performance (lower ACoS), inventory forecasting accuracy, and customer service efficiency
High user adoption across internal departments, enabling faster, data-driven strategic decisions.
