Discord Sales Executive

Next Tech Vision is seeking a motivated Discord Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales and expanding our presence on the Discord platform while managing a team of 15 professionals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Discord, Twitch, and Reddit, excels at client prospecting, and possesses the ability to engage multiple client chats simultaneously. A strong command of written English, excellent customer handling skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential to meeting individual sales targets and contributing to overall company growth. As a Discord Sales Executive at Next Tech Vision, you will leverage your product knowledge and expertise in Discord platform features to build and maintain lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for lead generation, sales negotiation, and closing deals, particularly with clients from the US and UK markets. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while motivating and coordinating a team of 15 sales professionals to achieve collective success.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on the Discord platform to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage and lead a sales team of 15 members by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive team success.
Engage with potential clients and manage multiple chat communications simultaneously to generate high-quality leads and prospects.
Maintain deep product knowledge of Discord and related platforms such as Twitch and Reddit to effectively present and promote offerings.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, especially targeting clients from the US and UK markets.
Conduct negotiation and closing activities with prospective clients to secure profitable business deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and product updates.
Track sales activities and prepare reports to provide insights on performance and market trends for continuous improvement.
Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing client queries and issues while maintaining professional communication standards.
Monitor competitors activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats in the sales landscape.
