Niblon is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee and coordinate a dedicated team of seven professionals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background of at least 15 years in relevant fields, with extensive experience in managing projects and teams effectively. This role involves leading by example, driving the team towards achieving organizational goals, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels. The Team Leader will utilize exceptional leadership abilities to motivate team members, monitor project progress, and facilitate collaboration within the department. Candidates must hold a Masters degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong report-writing and coordination skills. Preference will be given to individuals with expertise in enterprise development, entrepreneurship, training, capacity building, or small and medium enterprise development. The Team Leader plays a critical role in fostering an environment that supports professional growth, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement aligned with Niblons mission.
Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of seven professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of project goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, organize resources, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to promote transparency and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate team progress and output, providing feedback and guidance to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify training and capacity-building opportunities for team members to enhance skills and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and project requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support enterprise development and entrepreneurship initiatives.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Resolve conflicts and address challenges promptly to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
