Qualifications
- Experience documenting web service API endpoints and designs
- Background or experience applying Information Architecture principles to benefit a software developer audience.
- Ability to edit documents directly as needed using HTML/CSS
- Experience using UML and UML Tools to create architecture and sequence diagrams
- Experience maintaining documentation content using MediaWiki sites, Confluence, and/or Drupal preferred.
- Strong written communication skills, naturally.
Responsabilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive knowledgebase system to support internal and stakeholders, along with the CS and development teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the knowledgebase, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and other related documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Edit and review documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards
- Continuously improve documentation processes and standards to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement training materials for the knowledgebase.
