Responsibilities

Conduct detailed user research and analyze user feedback to understand behavior, needs, and motivations.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.
Design visually compelling and intuitive interfaces that adhere to UX principles and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and implement designs.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across products ensuring responsiveness on multiple devices.
Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop to produce high-quality design assets.
Iterate design concepts and solutions based on usability testing and performance data.
Ensure accessibility standards are met to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
Maintain a comprehensive design portfolio showcasing your work and design thinking process.
Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and best practices to continually improve the design process and output.
