Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role in a multicultural environment.
Recognition and respect within the HR community.
Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in HR.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
Strong psychological conditioning skills for top management.
Excellent negotiation skills.- Ability to achieve results through soft power.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in fostering diversity and inclusion.
Ability to handle change management effectively.
