Australia Education & Visa Consultant

Olevels Virtual School is seeking an experienced and motivated Australia Education & Visa Consultant to guide and support students through the complexities of Australian education and visa processes. This role requires deep knowledge of Australian universities, colleges, admission procedures, and student visa compliance. The Consultant will work closely with prospective students and their families to provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information on admission criteria and visa regulations. The Consultant will lead a small team of two members, ensuring clients receive personalized counseling and assistance throughout the visa application journey. Strong communication skills and expertise in visa eligibility, documentation management, and interview preparation are critical in facilitating smooth admissions and visa approvals. This position demands a thorough understanding of Australian immigration law and education system knowledge to effectively address student needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Advise students and families on suitable Australian educational institutions and courses based on their academic background and career goals.
Provide detailed guidance on the admission processes for various universities and colleges in Australia.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting all necessary documents required for student visa applications in compliance with Australian immigration regulations.
Ensure that students meet visa eligibility criteria by keeping current with all relevant rules, regulations, and policy changes.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address client concerns and help them make informed decisions regarding study options and visa application procedures.
Prepare candidates for visa interviews by conducting mock sessions and providing feedback to enhance their confidence and communication skills.
Manage and oversee a team of two consultants to maintain high standards of client service and streamline application workflows.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, applications, and document submissions for auditing and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with educational institutions and immigration authorities to resolve any issues or queries that arise during the application process.
Organize and deliver information sessions or webinars to educate prospective students on Australian education and visa requirements.
Stay updated on new developments in Australian education policies and visa regulations to provide clients with the most reliable advice.
Develop and improve counseling materials, checklists, and resources to support the client guidance process.
Monitor student visa compliance requirements and advise clients on maintaining their status after arrival in Australia.
