Omega Group is seeking an experienced Patwari to manage and maintain accurate land records and property documentation. This role involves conducting land surveys, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring proper registration and legal compliance of land properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in land record management, surveying, and property registration, with a strong understanding of legal documentation related to land ownership. Retired Patwaris are especially encouraged to apply due to their specialized expertise and familiarity with governmental procedures. In this position, the Patwari will work closely with landowners and government agencies to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze land-related data effectively. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires independent decision-making and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and verifying documentation.
Responsibilities

Maintain and update accurate land records and property ownership details within the designated area.
Conduct land surveys and mapping activities to establish precise property boundaries.
Assist in the registration of land and property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Verify and validate property-related data and documentation for authenticity and accuracy.
Prepare and manage legal documents related to land ownership, transfers, and disputes.
Collaborate with government departments and landowners to facilitate smooth property registration processes.
Analyze land records to identify inconsistencies and take necessary corrective actions.
Provide guidance and clarification to landowners regarding property rights and documentation procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive land and personal ownership information.
Stay updated on land laws, regulations, and government policies impacting land record management.
