Online Sales Representative

This is a full-time remote Sales Representative position based in Islamabad, Pakistan, working morning shifts. The role involves consultative business development for an Australian EdTech platform, focusing on generating leads, managing institutional sales, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining the sales pipeline, and ensuring smooth client handover. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant sales experience or equivalent education, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. The salary range for this position is PKR 70,000 to 90,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative business development activities to identify and engage potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage institutional sales processes from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs, effectively showcasing the EdTech platform’s features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover after sales closure.
- Work morning shifts to align with the company’s operational hours and client availability.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or business development role.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent practical sales experience.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads, sales pipelines, and client data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting targets.
