This is a full-time remote Software Engineer position based in Lahore, Pakistan, working the morning shift. The role is suited for candidates with at least one year of professional experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise. The successful candidate will be involved in developing and maintaining scalable software solutions, including automation, web, mobile, and Microsoft Power Platform applications. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 to 90,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, integrate, and maintain scalable software applications across various platforms.
- Support and enhance automation, web, mobile, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Utilize version control systems to manage codebase efficiently.
- Implement and maintain REST APIs and work with databases to support application functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to web and application development.
- Experience with web/application frameworks and RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of database management and query languages.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC best practices.
