We are looking for a responsible Operations Manager who can handle daily team activities, manage workflow, and keep overall operations smooth.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise team members and assign daily tasks
Monitor order processing, tracking updates, and dispatch
Communicate with suppliers and ensure timely product sourcing
Check customer queries and make sure buyers get fast responses
Maintain daily and weekly performance reports
Create simple SOPs and improve the workflow
Ensure product quality checks and control errors
Train new staff and support ongoing operations
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations
Understanding of order processing, tracking, and customer support
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a small team (3–5 people)
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic English reading and writing
Age: 25–35 years preferred
