Optinet Solutions a US Based Company is seeking a dedicated CSR(Customer Sales Representative) to join our team during the night shift from 6pm to 3am (PKT). The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in Sales, cold calling and customer service, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires managing Cold calling, potential customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting sales activities to contribute to the overall success of the company. The position does not involve managing a team but demands excellent individual performance and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential customers and generate leads to support sales growth.
Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote products and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and document calls efficiently, maintaining clear records of customer interactions.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively during night shifts to handle high call volumes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service quality.
Adhere to company guidelines and shift schedules, including night shift timings from 6 pm to 3 am (PKT).
