Role Overview
You will work directly with the company as the Operations & Marketing Assistant, supporting daily business operations, content creation, lead research, CRM management, and outreach systems. This is a hands-on role combining marketing, research, admin, and business operations.
Responsibilities

- ● Schedule and publish social media content
- ● Maintain online profiles and directories Research & Lead Generation

- ● Build prospect lists
- ● Conduct competitor and market research
- ● Maintain organized lead databases CRM & Operations
- ● Update CRM daily
- ● Track outreach activities and lead status
- ● Manage tasks and reporting
- ● Prepare weekly performance reports Email & Campaign Support
- ● Assist with email campaign scheduling
- ● Monitor responses and update records
