Factory Mananger

ORFE GLOBAL seeks an experienced Factory Mananger to lead its manufacturing operations with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in managing factory environments and demonstrate expertise in production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. This role requires an accomplished leader to manage a diverse team of 200 employees, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Accountability includes overseeing supply chain logistics, financial management, and ensuring compliance with international labor and safety standards. The Factory Mananger will be responsible for implementing efficient production schedules, maintaining rigorous quality management systems, and utilizing ERP and production tracking tools to optimize workflow and inventory. A key part of this role involves coordinating with multiple departments such as procurement and logistics to streamline operations and meet customer demands on time. Additionally, the position emphasizes team development through regular training, performance reporting to senior management, and encouraging innovation to sustain the company's competitive market position.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements.
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 200 factory employees to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and control factory operations to ensure full compliance with international safety, labor, and audit standards.
Manage key performance indicators related to factory efficiency, quality, cost, and safety metrics, taking corrective action as needed.
Oversee supply chain processes to ensure timely availability of materials and minimize production delays.
Maintain financial oversight of factory operations, including budgeting, cost control, and optimal resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to enhance production workflows.
Ensure accurate scheduling of production activities and timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer expectations.
Implement and maintain robust quality management systems to uphold high product standards and customer satisfaction.
Utilize ERP systems and other production tracking tools to monitor workflow, inventory status, and overall operational performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to build team capabilities, promote workplace safety, and encourage operational excellence.
Prepare detailed reports on factory performance and communicate relevant insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Promptly address and resolve operational issues to maintain continuous production flow and minimize disruptions.
Foster innovation in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
