Assistant Finance Manager Position in Islamabad

Qualifications:

Partly Qualified ICMA/CA or ACCA Qualified
4-5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping and Accounting, including project costing and cost center-based accounting
Experience in preparing monthly accounts, management reports, and monthly book closure
Proficient in invoicing, receivables follow-up, managing banking relationships, and contract invoicing
Knowledge of payroll preparation and recording
Strong expertise in MS Excel for analysis
Familiarity with FBR/PRA/KPRA laws and monthly filing, SECP filing and compliance, and setting up new companies
Experience in preparing/updating budgets (advantageous)
Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative-taking attitude
Ability to take ownership of day-to-day Accounting and Finance functions with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounting and finance functions, including but not limited to bookkeeping, project costing, invoicing, receivables, and payroll
Maintain strong relationships with banks, clients, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with FBR/PRA/KPRA laws, SECP filing, and other regulatory requirements
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
Utilize MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvements
Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and reporting
Contribute to the overall financial strategy and goals of the company

Compensation:

Gross Salary Range: Rs 130,000 to Rs 150,000 per month (inclusive of all allowances)
Location: (I-11) Islamabad
Timing: 9 to 6
Days Monday to Friday (Saturday alt off)
